Are you feeling stuck, anxious, or disconnected from yourself? Therapy can help you gain clarity, confidence, and a greater sense of ease.

I'm Simon, an Integrative Psychotherapist who blends Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychosexual Psychotherapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) to support your journey toward healing and self-acceptance.

I have worked as a therapist since 2014 and in mental health since 2006. I also draw on elements of Compassion-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Meta-Cognitive Therapy, integrating mindfulness and meditation practices into my approach.

While I work with a wide range of issues, my area of special interest and expertise is LGBTQ+/GSRD shame. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate identity struggles, break free from shame, and build a more compassionate relationship with themselves.

I offer a warm, supportive space where therapy is collaborative, creative, and evolving. Together, we will explore ways to improve your relationship with yourself and enhance your life experience.

Following ethical practice, regulatory bodies, and accreditation requirements, I receive regular clinical supervision for CBT, PST, and EMDR and attend CPD events and conferences throughout the year.

If you're ready to take the next step, I'd love to hear from you. Feel free to explore the site or reach out to schedule an introductory session.
