Getting started

If you're considering working together, the first step is to send me an email (details on the Contact page) with a brief description of what you're looking for help with, along with your availability. I aim to reply within 24 hours, though at times of high demand, it may take a little longer (thank you for your patience!).

Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know each other. I’ll ask some questions to better understand the difficulties you're facing and how they may have developed. We’ll talk about what you’d like to get out of therapy and look at some simple outcome measures that can help us track progress. I’ll also ask you to complete a registration form, and depending on your goals, I may offer some reflection exercises to try between sessions.

You’re welcome to ask any questions you may have at any time.

If it feels like a good fit, we can then agree on ongoing sessions and begin shaping the direction of our work together.

Please note: I currently offer private appointments on weekday evenings only.


FEES

Sessions last 50 minutes and are £100 for individual work, £125 for couples. This is payable by bank transfer.

I am a recognised specialist provider on the private practice register at AXA, for those who have insurance.
